To strengthen our production team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the assembly of PCBs and for manufacturing of electronic equipment. Your areas of responsibility would be:

• Assembly and soldering (SMD and wired) of printed circuit boards by hand under the microscope and with a semi-automated pick-and-place machine

• Assembly and wiring of equipments

• Manufacturing of (test-) cables and harnesses

• Construction of test boards and prototype boards according to instructions

• Repair and rework of the equipment, assemblies and devices

You should be able to show that you have completed training as an electronics technician / electrical engineer / system electronic engineer or communications engineer and you do have several years of professional experience in the assembly of printed circuit boards and equipments. You should experienced in assembly of electronic circuits, in soldering through-hole and SMD components and in wiring equipments. Experience and qualifications to J-STD-001, ECSS-Q-ST-70-xxx and/or IPC-A-610 would be very helpful. Manual skills and good knowledge of crimping and the assembly of RF-cables are desirable. We assume detailed knowledge of MS Office programs.

To strengthen our development team we are currently looking for a senior RF Design Engineer joining us at the earliest possible date.

Your area of responsibility would include:

• Conception, design, layout of radio data transmission devices and systems in the 100MHz to 10 GHz range
• Development of high frequency circuits (modulators, demodulators, VCOs, power amplifiers, filters. LNAs, etc.) for our radio frequency units
• Integration, commissioing, adjustment of high-frequency circuits, devices and systems
• Verification and testing of high frequency circuits, equipment and systems
• We would appreciate any knowledge of antenna technology, EMC technology and high-speed analogue and digital technology.

We would expect a degree in communications technology with a focus on radio frequency technology and extensive working experience in design, development and alignment of high frequency circuits. You should also have founded knowledge of modulation methods (AM, FM, PM, PSK, SOQPSK) and good experience in circuit design, simulation and packaging technologies in the frequency ranges VHF/UHF- / S- / C- and X-Band. You would be expected  having detailed knowledge of design and simulation tools like Genesys, MatLab, Altium Designer.

We would expect a degree in digital engineering with a focus on communications technology and extensive working experience in design, development and verification of µP- and FPGA code. You should also have founded knowledge of FPGA-Development in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-60-02 (Microsemi/Actel, Xilinx, Altera) using VHDL as well as good experience in circuit design and simulation of microcontrollers, FPGAs and high-speed digital electronics. • Planning and preparing test setups with all required test / measurement equipment, test jigs with interface circuits and test harness

• Preparation of scripts (C, Phyton) for the automated execution of tests

• Planning and Assembly / Integration of units / equipment into a complete system

• Responsibility for operation and maintenance of our environmental testing facilities

We would expect a degree in electrical engineering, physics or any equivalent qualification and relevant working experience in the sector of AIT, preferably in aerospace. You should have detailed and well-founded knowledge in electronics with practical experience in analogue, digital and high frequency technology, as well as detailed knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards of industry and aerospace. Practical skills, as well as logically structured working method and an analytic way of thinking would be required.

• Preparation of test procedures and observation and documentation of tests for verification of our equipment while operating under different environmental conditions

• Responsible for all PMP and RAMS activities

• Evaluation, assessment, selection, justification and qualification of EEE-Components

• Compilation of PA-documents and analysis (radiation, reliability, stress, FMEA, etc.)

• Supervision, review and control of our Quality Management Systems (ISO9001)

• Planning and Control of special Product Assurance Tasks like Risk management, etc.

• NCR and RFW Management for all non-nominal issues with our customers and suppliers

• Securing our compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

We would expect a degree in electrical engineering, physics or any equivalent qualification and extensive working experience in Product Assurance within the space market. You should have detailed and well-founded knowledge of EEE-components especially their radiation and reliability behavior, as well as wide experince in compilation of proper investigation and analysis documents. In-depth knowledge of the relevant ECSS- and MIL-STandarts would be required.Experience as inspector per ECSS-Q-ST-70-xx and holding a valid certificate would be much appreciated
